Built because five apps never talked to each other.
As a kid I loved sport, all kinds of it, mountain biking most. What I was missing was structure: a plan I could follow that led to a race. Without one, I trained a bit, stopped, started again, and the races stayed things I meant to do. Later I travelled, and the same problem came back in a new shape: a new city every month, a gym or no gym, different food, a different rhythm. No app could follow that. Building a company brought it a third time. The wanting was never the problem. The plan was.
Building the company taught me what all of it had in common. The people who get somewhere are not more talented. They have a system, and they keep it. Consistency beats everything. And one system that combines the different parts of a life, training, food, time outside, the routines that hold them together, is the most powerful thing you can have. The apps that exist are each good at one thing. None of them knows the whole picture.
So I built the thing I was missing, for all of it at once. Whatever you set out to do, YUK0R should show you the next step, so you are never guessing what to do today. One place, one plan, and a reason to close the app and go live it.
The home screen started as something very different, and it is not finished. Every version here was a real attempt at one thing: finding the version that works, not the version that looks finished.
27 August 2025
Three cards, a progress bar and suggestion buttons for the chat. The app was still called K0R, and the coach was a text field right on the screen.

12 February 2026
The app became YUK0R. The day got a date, every domain got its own dark widget, and the chat learned to say ask anything. Still a lot to read before you knew what to do.

25 July 2026
The symbol took the header and the chat left the home screen. Every domain became one row, an icon and a few words: the sunset, the session, the calories, the habits left. Rows with nothing to say went dim.

18 August 2026
The rows folded into one dark card. The date on top, then the coach in full sentences, with the window outside, the readiness of the body, the calories left and the habits open marked in colour. Under it, the next steps to take.

5 September 2026
The values moved out of the sentences into a row of chips. Beneath them, one message for the day, and the next thing to do.

Now
The next version is already on the way.

Since the first version, YUK0R has been through thousands of iterations. The timeline above shows a few of the layouts I built along the way. None of them felt right yet. The reason I keep building is simple: I want something that is actually useful, something I open every day because I can see how it helps me in my daily life. That is why I keep building, until it works for me, and hopefully for others too.
